- Non fermarsi mai al primo negozio che propone sconti ma confrontate i prezzi con quelli esposti in altri esercizi.
- È bene avere le idee chiare sulle spese da fare prima di entrare in negozio: in questo modo il cliente è meno influenzabile dal negoziante. Pagare un prezzo alto, inoltre, non significa comprare un prodotto di qualità e bisogna diffidare dei marchi molto simili a quelli noti.
- Diffidare degli sconti superiori al 50%, spesso nascondono merce non proprio nuova, o prezzi vecchi falsi.
- Servirsi preferibilmente nei negozi di fiducia o acquistare merce della quale si conosce già il prezzo o la qualità.
- Nei negozi e nelle vetrine è obbligatorio sia esposto sulla merce il cartellino che indica, in modo chiaro e leggibile, il vecchio prezzo, quello nuovo e la percentuale di sconto. Diffidare delle vetrine coperte da manifesti che non consentono di vedere la merce.
- Consentire la prova dei capi non è un obbligo, sta alla discrezionalità del negoziante. Ma il consiglio è di diffidare dei capi di abbigliamento che possono essere solo guardati.
- Pagamenti. Nei negozi che espongono in vetrina l’adesivo della carta di credito o del bancomat, il commerciante è obbligato ad accettare queste forme di pagamento anche per i saldi, senza oneri aggiuntivi.
- Fregature. Se pensate di avere preso una fregatura ci si può rivolgere allo Sportello del Consumatore, oppure all’Ufficio Comunale per il commercio o ai Vigili Urbani.
Volendo sintetizzare, l’importante è valutare il rapporto qualità /prezzo esposto, senza farsi convincere dall’entità dello sconto (a volte gonfiato ad arte) o dallo shopping impulsivo, ed acquistare solo ciò che realmente ci serve; solo così si avrà il vero risparmio da saldi.
